The new campus is the fifth version of the elementary school in this community
Menchaca students and staff will start the 2020 spring semester in a new modernized campus on the existing site. The new state-of-the-art facility design includes a collection of three buildings with shaded outdoor collaboration spaces designed around heritage oak trees.
The grand opening event will include remarks from AISD Superintendent Dr. Paul Cruz, Trustee Geronimo Rodriguez of District 6 and Principal Elizabeth Loyola. The celebration will also include performances by the Paredes Middle SA国际传媒 and Akins Early College High SA国际传媒 marching bands.
