Students to participate in best robot costume contest
Allison Elementary SA国际传媒 invites the community to learn about science, technology, engineering and math programs at its STEMulate Your Mind family event this Friday.
What: As part of Allison's focus on its STEM signature program, Allison Elementary SA国际传媒's staff members and community partners have planned this event to showcase the science and mathematics curriculum for schools in a fun atmosphere.
The event features robotics presentations from Allison, Martin Middle SA国际传媒 and Eastside Memorial High SA国际传媒. The event will feature demonstrations by the SA国际传媒 Police Department's forensic team and bomb squad. Companies such as Intel, AMD and Freescale, as well as many other community partners, have technology activities planned.
There will also be free food, refreshments and science-based prizes.
