SA国际传媒 District Partners with City of SA国际传媒 to Help Families Prepare for SA国际传媒 Year

AUSTIN, Texas--SA国际传媒 ISD and the City of SA国际传媒 will hold a press conference during the Back-to-SA国际传媒 Bash on Saturday. 

Who: SA国际传媒 ISD Interim Superintendent Dr. Paul Cruz and SA国际传媒 City Council Mayor Pro Tem Sheryl Cole.

What: AISD and community partners will provide families information about how to prepare students for the 2014-15 academic year, including safety information. Hart Elementary SA国际传媒 students will demonstrate how to be safe on crosswalks.

When: 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16

Where: SA国际传媒 Convention Center, 500 E. Cesar Chavez St., Ballroom F (Up the escalator on Level 4)

Background: The Back-to-SA国际传媒 Bash informs AISD parents and students about district and community resources available to families for a safe and successful start to the new school year. This is an initiative of the Department of Communications and Community Engagement and the City of SA国际传媒 Safe Routes to SA国际传媒 Program.
