Beginning in July 2023, all employees in all departments and at all campuses鈥攆ull-time, part-time and substitutes鈥攚ill get paid twice per month.
Employees will receive their paychecks on the 15th and the last business day of each month, which is 24 paychecks per school year for everyone. If either the 15th or the last business day of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the pay date will be on the preceding business day.
This does not affect anyone鈥檚 annual pay.
We know this is a big change, and it鈥檚 something we鈥檙e moving to after careful consideration of how it will affect all of us. Our main goal is to be able to provide consistency for SA国际传媒 ISD employees. With everyone receiving paychecks at the same time, regardless of position or pay grade, we鈥檙e better able to ensure that consistency.

This change starts July 14 for all Central Office and year-around staff.
This takes effect Aug. 15 for all staff returning to campuses in August (teachers, teacher assistants, counselors, and librarians).
Payroll and Human Capital teams will be offering in-person and virtual Q&A sessions in the coming weeks and months to go into more detail. They鈥檒l also be offering personal finance sessions for employees who are interested.
